These fog lights, not street legal, but sometimes during the day I use them, for looks :) at night your stock highs throw more light, these fogs are good, definitely bright, for fogs, but I would go with the light bar!!

They are not street legal as they are not at all fog lights, and ineffective for fog. Check out the first couple pattern pics in the fog thread to see the difference. Those exact lights are demonstrated:

I’d add the rigid fog lights and a set of dually SS ditch lights. You’ll have plenty of light. I rarely even use my 30” bumper mounted bar

I have the caliraised behind the grill combo light bar and it is great for gravel/country roads. Combined with the GE 130% headlights it's a great setup. Looking to get some KC or Rigid ditch lights due to all the deer we have here.

Update: I decided to go with the H9 bulb upgrade for the stock projectors and to get upgraded H11’s for the fogs based off the info all of you folks provided here. Also, I adjusted the projectors up with the help of a tutorial that’s on the main headlight sticky thread. I know the topic went slightly sideways but I’m grateful that you guys all were able to offer input. #TacomaWorldFTW

Just food for thought: the coatings on their lights are trash. My ditch lights are peeling as well as the bed brackets. My light bar mounted behind the lower grill seems to be weathering slightly better, but as ways, get what we pay for. Cali raised is a good value, but something's going to give with less exspe dive parts. Just thought I would throw that out there for consideration if you have not bought them yet.

I've got a Cali Raised light bar mounted up on a Front Runner cab rack and love it.

Dude that’s dope! Whenever I start doing off road mods I’m gonna be looking for one of those roof racks
