Introducing the ultimate bed rack system for your off-road and overland needs! Our bed rack system is made to allow you to maximize the efficiency of your bed space by giving you limitless mounting options and expandability. From a fun camping trip to an extreme expedition this bed rack has everything you need.

    Features Include:

    • Aluminum and steel construction – Made from extruded aluminum framing and 12-gauge steel. This rack is length weight while keeping the strength where it is needed most.
    • Limitless mounting with T-Slot aluminum – The cross bars are made from high strength T-Slot aluminum. T-Slot allows you to mount just about anything to the rails, on any part of the rail. The entire cross bar is a mount.
    • Additional Mounting – Beyond the T-Slot there are four horizontal cross bars that are made for mounting. The side cross bars are pre-drilled to mount RotoPAX gas cans. You can mount a single 4-gallon can or two 2-gallon cans for different fluid choices. High Lifts, Treds, Quickfists, shovels, tools and more all will mount to various pre-cut holes and slots.
    • Ready for Lights – In addition to tools these racks are ready to light up the night. Mount your LED pods or bars to the T-Slot cross bars and use the built-in wiring zip tie cut outs on all the uprights to neatly tuck away wires to protect from damage.
    • Limitless Choices – Beyond the features above there are many more little details. Your imagination is the limit. We will be introducing rack accessories soon to help with additional mounting options, stay tuned!

Maybe it's just me but this rack looks a lot like a KBVoodoo rack, except for the aluminum crossbars

We say there are only so many ways to build a modular bed rack. All plate bumpers all have a same basic shape. But once you look at the details you see many differences. The T-Slot, the types and thicknesses of materials, the way the feet mount to the bed, the way the steel cross bars are made and bolt on, the types of hardware used. It's all different. We wanted to offer a modular design that allowed various parts to be interchanged and so the style of the bed rack needed to be a certain way to work with our goals. KB makes great racks though and we have heard nothing but great things about them!

I'm all for multiple options, don't get me wrong, helps to create competition and keep prices lower

    Two questions!

    1) What is the weight of the SB mid height?

    2) What is the height of the mid height rack?

The cross rails in the rack sit 9" tall

The rack weighs Roughly 50-55lbs and about 60 when packaged.

Is there any plans to make mounting brackets that work with the oem tonneau cover?

As of right now we are not planning to design a base plate for these so they can work with a cover.

Kb voodoo has one that works with covers and is similar to the bed rack above.

I will have our designer take a look at a truck with the OEM style cover. The rack is great because the bottom piece is 2 sections so the foot would just have to be a different style from the current one and nothing else would have to change. It won't be that difficult to do.

Any pics with a RTT mounted? Curious how it would mount to the rack.
