Anyone else’s order taking forever to even process?

Long story short, I ordered fog lights which required countless emails with no reply. Finally after 2 months of me reaching out on every platform I got my order in.

Now the order is taking a full 10 business day to even get to the shipping facility.

Got to say, don’t know if it’s worth 3 months to get simple fog lights.

End of my rant.

 

Also, the old style fog lights had issues. Fortunately only one side went out. Fingers crossed the other side doesn’t.

 

Slider ordered confirmed January 8. Got a call from Jake yesterday stating they're ready to be picked up. Good luck.

Ordered ditch/fog lights and mounting brackets. The fog light brackets came without the required nuts - had to buy those myself. The LED replacement lights included the wrong harness. I emailed their support, who had me provide photo proof. They then promised to mail me the right harness. That's been a week ago with no movement.

 

Yeah you have to pester them. They didn’t reply to any of my emails for 3 months. It wasn’t until I called that they replied to my request

So, to close the loop - they hilariously sent me a second set of the wrong adapters. When I reached out again, she told me she'd personally walk back and package up the correct things. Two days later I receive a package that apparently was exactly that - removed from OEM packaging, inspected, and tossed in a mailer.

Overall, I'd say the customer service was quite good - I was never questioned or asked to send back anything, and they eventually made it right. And, the brackets for the ditch lights and fogs are of very good quality.

 

I had the same predicament where I never even received my light harness and switch. It was a bummer bc I wasted a day off for the install.
Customer service ain’t bad, just happy they made things right by sending me the rest of my order.

 

I have there hidden light bar brackets so far so good bud ive heard bad things about there lights. Just rebranded Chinese Amazon lights

 

I've had zero issues with them. They responded to all emails. Got my sliders in 4 weeks.
