Calibrate Bobs compass/temp mirror?

    Well the install was successful but my dumb ass threw away the install instructions. Can anyone tell me how to calibrate the compass. Thanks

    Go to a parking lot and drive in multiple "figure 8" patterns.

    When you order the mirror from him, he uses your zip code to help calibrate. Driving around in a figure 8 we're the only instructions i had from him during my install.

    The instructions I had was to drive in a circle 3x at 5 mph or less. worked a treat. Don't forget you have to set the zone for your location....

    Setting the Correct Zone
    1. Press the power button (if available) for more than 9 seconds, or until the current Zone.
    2. Find your current location and variance Zone Number on the zone map on the pages below.
    3. Press the power button (if available) until the new desired Zone Number appears in the
    display.
    4. Within a few seconds a compass direction will be displayed and the new zone is set.
