Just put a new caliper on from NAPA - looked good so I checked the web site - impressive.
    • NAPA Total Eclipse Calipers offer an exclusive black weather-proof coating that stops rust from forming, maintaining a showroom appearance.
    • New stainless steel hardware clips and new mounting pins are included where applicable.
    • Rubber seals are replaced with new high temperature EPDM rubber for extended life and optimum performance.
    • Pistons are durable, resistant to cracking or pitting and handle great loads.
    • New banjo bolts are included where applicable to ensure a perfect fit and quick installation.
    • New bleeder screws provide trouble-free bleeding and a positive seal.
I just did it 2 years ago with a caliper from Advance - this one looks mo'betta - hope it is - Advance was a POS.

Can you share your experience why the advance's calipers were a POS? Thanks.

Advance caliper piston was not working and inside pad was down to the rotor - outside pad was not worn at all - not that it matters but it was a rusty mess. Hoping the new caliper lives up to its description.
