So Cali raised states 4 to 6 weeks on powder coated sliders. I emailed prior to ordering to confirm and was told that was accurate. So I'm currently past 8 weeks with no word on when they will actually ship. Honestly the quick lead time was the only reason I went with them. Had I known it would be 8+ weeks, I would of ordered from budbuilt. Btw I did email for an eta at 7 weeks and was just told any day now...

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

I think this is a known issue with Cali Raised LED even well before the pandemic. They just make up times and say any day now until it shows a month or so later. Their products are good but their customer service is horrible.

I ordered sliders from Cali Raised on 4/16 and was notified they are ready on 6/22. But I was expecting there would be a delay. I have no previous experience with them. I’m local and didn’t want to pay for shipping.

It sucks that Cali Raised isn't being very transparent with their lead times, but you're probably going to have to be a bit patient. Between material shortages, high demand in the adventure/off road/outdoor market and shipping challenges everything is backed up right now. Even in the best of times there's some lead time for stuff like this, it's not Amazon Prime.

I ordered RCI sliders in mid-April with an early July ETA. Not sure yet if that's even going to be met.

@jasmits1 wow that’s a long wait. I’m getting ready to order skid plates from RCI - I guess I better double down on patience. I did hear recently they (RCI) are expanding their shop/employees etc.

Oops April, meant April. I don't know why my half asleep brain wrote February lol.

Also according to their site the skids take less time.

    Nothing yet
Guess i was lucky, placed my 9rdwr for aliders earlier this year, and got them 5 weeks after the 0rder. Bare steel.

I do think ordering armor bate steel is a better way to go in this post pandemic world. You never know what could hold up an order. Who knows, maybe the powder coating company cant get black?

I ordered a pair of Cali Raised sliders on 3/2/21 and then I received an e-mail on 3/24/21 that "Our current lead time on the sliders are 6-8 weeks, plus time for powder coating." I checked back in last week and I was told that the sliders are built and powder coated, but they are waiting on the bed liner coated filler plates to come back from the shop.

I waited ~8 months for a set of Volk TE37XT wheels (with a 5 month ETA), so I take most lead times with a grain of salt these days... :D
