    Been there... Same thing happened to me @ Rausch Creek
    Front diff mounts came loose on the diff collar and allowed the diff to move. Under torque the diff smacked the oil pan & put a dime-sized hole in it. Lost 1/2 the oil.
    I was able to seal it with JB weld & make it back home with one of the diff collar bolts in place.
    This is NOT a common problem - I know of only one other member that it happened to.
    Hopefully you did not damage the motor and will be able to simply replace the oil pan.
    I now have a pan from a 4.0 out of a T4R. :oops:
