Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Thread

I was more impressed with MW3. I seem to be one of the few, but I've heavily annoyed thus far with BLOPS2. I am running the Type25 and turn a corner hitting a guy in the chest. He shoots me with a pistol and I die. Same with a knife. They seemed to have under powered the heavy fire guns and overpowered the, what should be, weaker weapons.

They also seemed to have remade all the BLOPS maps and changed the textures. There are so many similarities in the maps we got in this new game. Also, please bring back HC KC RIC.

I can really tell you how I feel if you'd like. This game in it's first week blows.

 

Not that impressed so far. Maybe it just needs some time to grow on me. Ran into a lot of issues with the game: matchmaking has glitches, classes don't save all the time. Just weird shit.

 

So the ps3 matchmaking and loading is absolute garbage. Is the Xbox as bad?
It took nearly 10 minutes to get in a game once. Am I missing something?

 

this game just raked in a crap load of money, alot more than any movie out right now

 

is it worth the price tag guys? I'm debating on getting it since I really enjoyed MW3 (first COD game I ever played). My cousin said he got some special edition version that was like $80 I think that's a lot of money to me but my friend works at Gamestop so I should be able to get a discount anyways.

 

I read $500 million in the first 24 hours

 

$60 for the game... as of now, does not seem worth it. You may be able to buy it off a friend next week for $20 off?

After playing more games I still think they're ripping you off for selling you the same game over again. But its keeping me entertained enough. I think its better than the first black ops solely cause it doesn't have that damn remote control car lol. My name on ps3 is jtav2002 if anyone wants to play.

I hate this shit sometimes.. use to be so good at CoD. Now I get games where I go 35 and 5, then like 5 games in a row with like 5 and 700000000000000000000000000000000............

 

I think it is pretty much the same games with some tweaks. The story is different but you don't really buy it for that right. I never owned a CoD but I have mw2 available to me. The thing that i like about this over mw2 is that you can play two players online rather than just one. I play with friends when they come over and I hated only playing against three other people. If I had owned black ops 1 I probably wouldn't have bought bop2

 

By far my least favorite of the COD series. Id rather go back to world at war. Its the worst game I own!

I am really starting to get into this game. Yes the freezing and lobby wait time suck, but there's not near as much lag as there was in mw3. Plus customizing my load outs is just insane. The number of items you can carry or the sheer amount of different ways to go about it is countless.

I was told by a friend to run with engineer and the black hat. Omg so cool be able to run up on enemy equipment and hack it. Kinda reminds me of the old hacker pro from bops2.

 

Is it just me or are the graphics not nearly as smooth as MW3 in multi? I don't have the first Black Ops but I can tell you I like the look and feel of MW3 much more. Maybe I'll warm up to it but we'll see.
