Thanks buddy I'm happy with it...took me many years to save for this and wasn't much new construction in Salt Lake City Valley unless you go north or south so I got lucky.

Another update I forgot to mention was I forgot I ordered a 9ft garage door and they put in a 8ft garage door and when the garage door was getting installed it was to talk now they had to tear out garage wall and reframe it because the load bearing beam was there also so it made it really difficult..they had to bring in massive jacks to hold house up while they reposition main beam a foot taller de1cb1163003252011622d2b2cab8846_aff092e694b12d76f7aa138be1dd6e20f2e2b08e.jpgc7dbdc815e1a40ea18190a6c99f388d5_0b678547601bb4fd85676853a4708d3e058a0fc4.jpg this is why you have to check on them everyday

I vote the stainless around the white outlets because it accents the appliances. Your counter tops are super bright, if the back splash were darker I'd say white plugs but it's too light and all washes together in my opinion

Edit: Maybe it's just the lighting on that first pic.. I can sort of see dark flake in the others

Not to mention you can't get a stainless phone jack cover that I'm aware of so in pic #2 you would have all white right beside stainless / white

    Hokey IMO

Just looking at their GFCI receptacles it seems like they only come in the standard white / ivory / almond / grey colours , maybe I'm not looking in the right place though

Beautiful home Gincoma. People never forget their first new home. All the headaches and frustrations will be worth it. I'm in my third house now. Built all three. This one will be my last. :D

Your local electrical supply house can get them too. I'll look around in a bit.

Sounds like some of my problems. they forgot the taller front door and also making it wider by 6", then forgot window in garage, bigger window in master bedroom and the the 9ft garage. i had o choice but to build in winter lots were going quick but if I had to do it again i would def build in summer.
