haha if you have a facebook just like "just the tip of the spear", pretty funny stuff on there. And yes! In a way I got lucky getting put here in good ole San Matty. 1SGT's sucks haha! We can even run up it anymore, its too "dangerous", so we have to have a Doc with us and COC approval, its really f-ing stupid.

Go there everytime when I miss the morning chow hall hours haha. I just get the Egg and Bacon or Chorizo.

No S*** haha, who were your DI's?? And Congratulations! ITB will be fun =) Welcome to the 03 life.

JTTOTS is awesome. Most Marines should look it up. The only ones that usually get pissed are the Walking Mattresses and boots.

Which brings up a question... wtf do those boots carry in their packs EVERYWHERE!?!?! Packs were not that popular when I was in; but damn they are everywhere now.

Dude, you're missing out! Screw Horno, SOI chow hall is where it's at! Not the ITB/MCT line but if you go in the side near the parade deck(Left entrance as you're walking down the parade deck), they make some mean breakfast burritos! You can even get them in a bowl if you'd like. Not sure if they still have it but definitely check it out. Lunch time they have/had that SubMarine lunch, which is better than any chow hall on base. Ask MrGrimm, he'll tell ya!

Oh shit dude, welcome back! How was bootcamp? Had fun I hope? How many people in your platoon did you see cry?

Checking into Camp Pendleton CA air station for 6114 MOS school this week. Just graduated MCT Tuesday. I thought I was going to Pensacola but guess not haha. I'm in area 22 and don't get to have my truck. I feel so stranded! I've seen lots of tacoma's around tho! Hoping I like school here!

A drive through!?!? What!?! Hahah if you get a chance, try the 22 Area chow hall. Pretty decent. Far drive just for chow though.

Nice! How was MCT? You can always call the van to transport you to Oceanside and get a room at Motel6 for the weekend :D And get harassed by people trying to sale you cars near the theater. Or go north to San Clemente to avoid all that.

Honestly I hated MCT. It sucked for me. I learned a lot though I guess. I'm only gonna be here for about 3 months I think. Just got to get use to the swing things!

The only thing to watch out for in San Clemente is the drunk Infantry guys. We.. I mean - They tend to make fun of boots that do stupid stuff. At least it was like that when I was in.

(Are they called boots anymore? Or are they Junior Junior Marines now?)
