    Love mine! Passed down from my grandfather, he bought it from an Army base for like $200? way back when, still have the receipt somewhere. It's by far one of my favorite guns to shoot and is deadly accurate!

    Me and my buddy used to drive over from Pendleton and ride bikes on the border of 29 and Johnson Valley. Lot's of fun exploring and terrain if you're a desert rat, you heading out to King of the Hammers this year?

    They are great rifles - I currently have 2. Both are WWII-vintage Springfields. My wife took this pic a few years ago while I was shooting on our range. You can see the last shell casing ejecting top front and the enbloc ejecting just above and in front of my head.
