I'm still trying to find 'my style' of photography, but I messed around this weekend taking some pics up on Mount Baldy (CO). I like the way the first picture turned out the best. Think I might edit them with the same style in mind in the future.

Did you the HDR in Photoshop or does your camera do it natively?

It does it natively. I have a Canon S120. I put it in Lightroom and turned things up a bit, but the camera gives me different options for how I want to shoot the HDR. With that said, I think I'm gravitating more towards the washed out look over the HDR lately

All four of these shots are here at home in Crescent City, CA, 12 miles south of the Oregon border, and home of Redwood National Park.
The #2 picture is a favorite. Crescent City [may] be the only town which boast TWO lighthouses. In the foreground is Battery Point Lighthouse. It is connected to the land mass, and you can walk out to it, but only when the tide is 3 ft of less.
The second lighthouse is the Point Saint George Reef Lighthouse. It is approximately 7 miles off shore and is accessible by helicopter and my boat. Great books written about the construction and manning of these lighthouses.
The Reef lighthouse took out many ships and other vessels including the Brother Johnathan. Loss of many lives. The rocks it is built on is known as "The Dragon Rocks."
    Thanks for asking.
