    This is why it's so hard to say for sure which 1st gens came with what features, Toyota was all over the place with 1st gens lol.

    But could they have at least made a few double cab manual transmission 4x4s? Noooooooo

    It was probably an early 1995.5 - 1997 reg cab 4x4 thing, before the update in 1998.

    That's my newest completely uneducated guess lol

    Why would a 4cyl reg cab get the 18 gallon tank and a 6 cyl reg cab of the same year get a 15 gallon, lol. The plot thickens indeed
