    Greetings, all.

Just moved to Farmville and very interested in linking up. I hope to meet all y'all soon, have some fun and learn a few things. Not sure if you want a whole intro so I will stop there. I'm in KY till the end of July but I'll be around after that.

Looks like "Big Dogs Offroad" are ones that Organize events. Their events are pricey, $75~ per vehicle.

The campground itself is called The Cove. The cove's website states to call for availability and details for them to host events. It cost $15 per night and per adult to camp for the weekend, with a minimum of 2 nights.

So, the question becomes, do you want big dogs offroad involved in organizing it for that price or just get Steven toyota and a few members to organize it if the cove allows it?

The problem I've seen with this land is that they require a large insurance policy, which in turns causesthe entry fee to go up.

I called the them today, they threw out a date of September 26th as the only weekend available in September. Also, if we did this without big dog offroad organizing it, we would need insurance like Chris mentioned above which would put our cost at $5-$10 per vehicle less than if we had big dog offroad organize it ($65 per vehicle) also, the campgrounds only do moderately sized events (the most they would take is 100 vehicles without big dog organizing it). So the owner of the land whom I talked to is calling big dog offroad to set it up and I'll know more details tomorrow.

Also, matt wanted to try and get a charity involved where of the ($65) mentioned would go to that charity. I mentioned to the owner an animal rescue like homeward trails since they are based out of Arlington and everyone loves dogs, but I need to call them.

    Any help is appreciated

Animals is great and if they go for it I wouldn't argue but I also offered up muscular dystrophy because I have a child hood friend who's afflicted with that and I'm sure his family would be helpful in getting the charity involved with us, just a thought though, no big deal either way! Keep us updated Brandon!

That's fine too, I just went with dogs because everyone loves them so it'd be easier to get them to donate part of the entry fee to that, but..... I can think of a few reasons why that couldn't happen so we might need your help with that one I'll let you know by tomorrow some time hopefully

Alright, so the owner of the cove campground is pretty excited about the ideas for getting a toyota event/charity together, he is contacting big dogs offroad and looks like September 26th for the date. So Matt, let Steven toyota know, the animal rescue is a go I believe still working on details, and Travis you can go ahead and get the muscular dystrophy charity set up of you would like. I will know on Monday how much of the $65 entry fee will go to charity.

I'll get dates and locations and charities and fees set up, vendors and sponsors are up to y'all

Toytec is putting the squeeze on me about these leaves. Going to have to buy them or ship them back soon.
