Very hard to diagnose with just video sound. Id say go through and tighten everything that moves. LCA, shocks, UCA, etc look for rubs on the springs and metal surfaces? Maybe the uca is slightly rubbing the springs, just gonna have to get in there to make sure everything is torqued properly. Then retest.

One thing that has crossed my mind, could I have not driven my ecgs bushing in far enough causing the cv axle to make noise? :notsure:

Although it seems like a passenger side issue so seriously doubt thats the problem. It may be more closely related to the LCA or UCA imo

Went through everything. Pulled the CV axle, egcs bushing was good and flush. Reinstalled everything. Torqued everything to spec or spec + a couple lbs. Still getting the noise. I believe I am goin to chock it up to my driver's side sway bar link. It is aftermarket Moog. From my memory the noise started about the time I replaced it. @Bsheriff11

Make sure tie rod end and sway bar link is flush and the washer is on the correct side so the bolt doesnt have slack enough hava a slight wiggle.

At least you have piece of mind that everything is on properly now though!

The sway bar link washer? I don't remember there being a washer on the tie rod end.

I am relieved it is not something major. Piece of mind is good!

The Moog does have a washer that goes on the sway bar link. I have it on the side without the bolt. Picture for reference red side is where I have the washer. Green side I do not have a washer.

I believe the washer should be beside the nut, but I could be wrong.

Well bad news, the noise has returned and is louder than ever. It is now more of a loud pop when turning and hitting a bump at the same time. Still have no clue what it is. Unfortunately I got back to work tomorrow for a 4 day stretch guess I'll spend those days pondering a fix :frusty::frusty:

I am thinking that is what it may be. Maybe something inside the boot broken that I can't see. Not sure if I should just replace it or what. Gonna have to wait til Sunday though.
