    So this is like an event where you race the track like time trials? That's pretty cool, a miata should be one of the best for that

    Autocross is time trials in parking lots with cones and timers.

    VIR and Summit are hyper driving where you're on track with an instructor and other cars. Miatas get destroyed because most people are doing 140 down the back straight at VIR. Miatas top at like 120, haha.

    Miatas are autocross killers though. Autocrosses are way more often and WAY cheaper.

    I was just on my way to SC and we got near reidsville and decided to make a pitstop, saw what looked to be a legit gas station open for business. Got to the door and saw a small sign that said must be 18 or older to enter. Thought that was weird. Opened the door and a plume of smoke bellows out of this dark ass room full of electronic casino games and it was FULL, it was 9:30 am.
