Yep, that's my recommendation. Even if it appears tight, tighten them down anyway. Also recheck the LCA bushings, and top plate bolts to see if that helps, is it just driver side or both up front? Sway bar could be hitting skid plate from loose linkages too.

Would anyone know the valve stem size on the TRD Sport wheels? I wanna take the tpms off them and put regular valve stems in that set. Then the tpms set on my f-5s. I went to the auto shop on post and asked for valve stems (I thought valve stems were universal size) the guy laughed and said "what size?" I've googled it, but no luck with a definite answer.

They have lengths that range from 3/4" to 2 1/2", probably an 1 1-2" is what's on ours, never measured it though, just tell them to put some rubber ones on and switch your tpms to the other wheels.

Well it's weird as hell but this is how my truck looks like till tomorrow afternoon when I'm throwing the rear ones on and maybe a few extra things not sure yet. And here's a pic of the old ones I had on they were rough and really soft.

It's the front and I'm pretty sure it's just passenger side and only when I hit a good size bump or hit some washboards at stop lights.

You are making me believe your noise issue is coming from the strut itself. Please go make sure you installed the washer on the shock piston body before putting the upper cap on. It's a common mistake and can cause shock damage immediately.

I don't think that's it but I guess I'll throw it back up on the jacks tomorrow when I put my rears on just to make sure it on right.

That's what it sounded like to me, seen it before and it reminded me when we were getting Taylor's springs switched.
