    The trailers aren't in bad condition to begin with but I'm completely stripping them and redoing everything on them. Just tryin to throw together some ideas for extra stuff

    other than recently completeing the rebuild of the suspension on mine, my favorite alteration to mine was building a new axle for it. you can buy them, but i opted to build a new axle with hubs that match the tacoma, so all of the wheels and tires are interchangable between the truck and trailer. very convenient to have that many spare tires available.

    as far as ideas for extra stuff, if you plan on putting a tent on top of the think, run some cable from your battery to the trailer, with a disconnect next to the trailer light harness. a small power inverter later, and you can charge your phone/computer overnight in the tent with you, or even run a small space heater.
