    If I can show, I have my Cordless impact. She kicks ass and is super quiet compared to air tools with MORE torque!.

    I do too but one battery that doesnt last. Im getting a set of impact sockets tomorrow so I can finnally use it how God intended.
    I just got some rattle cans from autozone. Sand them down, (not bare mettal). It it with a few coats. Follow up with a few coats of clear coat.

    I have been using the Craftsman Regular 1/2" sockets. No issues with them at all yet. But if I kill them I can swap at the store. I haven't met a bolt or nut yet that I cant get off with this setup and have not killed any bolts/ nuts or sockets yet.

    These UCA's aren't coated. They are the Bare Aluminum Icons - you have these? and painted them already?

    If you dont use the impact sockets you will f-up either your socket, nut, or both. I would recomend doing that too often.

    Mine were powder coated (LR). You dont need to paint Al; doesnt rust. But whatever floats your boat. Make sure you get the right primer.
