    Well.. if you decide to buy a honcho body, paint it... You would have spent the cost of a new honcho.. Package comes with 2 batteries, charger, control.. I say just get a new one.. Or ask him to knock of $25

    Common thought is rattle can is easier to touch up... and when scratched up with bed liner or powder coating... allegedly the moisture will get between the liner and sliders creating pockets of rust... like the inside of our frames!!! [​IMG]

    SWR meters off the charts. Phil thought it was a ground issue or antenna, took it apart to check and the spring broke. Ground checked as good, and his whip did the same. so I ordered a new stud and a quick disconnect. it was grounding itself out, screw the spring.
