Yeah tell me about it. I have been kinda slacking this week because workers have been at my house replacing the siding. And when they weren't here I was working on the house after the siding was removed...

Thanks mang  4 in 31:45 this morning...

Any suggestions for a rattle sound underneath the truck. It sounds like it's on the driver side.

I've checked the Tech thread, and was mentioned to secure the heat shields so I did that.

Neighbor found it to be this shield, anyone know how to get the 2 nuts off?

Spray them repeatedly with liquid wrench or something similar. Let them soak. I would do it over a couple of days. But they still won't be easy

Start with this but feel free to call anytime. If you want to come up this way one weekend for some variety I'll run with you.

DO NOT plan to bank time.
If you can't keep a consistent steady pace for the entire training run without feeling dead afterwards, you need to slow down the pace.
Set a goal marathon time. Train at 30 sec/mile slower than that pace. Re-evaluate weekly - are you too ambitious?
Tempo runs, fartleks and stretching - do them.

Awesome weekend with Brent, John, and my boys! Have some ideas for a week long trip but need to scout a few more locations. I will be hitting several more locations over the next several months.

I've ran the rock n roll VB half the last two years. Contemplating this year...it's usually miserably hot and humid

NO to upprr loop! And we ran Big Levels, found a couple of good campsites. But the trail was tight, sandy mix with rocks and lots of washboards, nothing technical but the big mudhole that swallowed a heep to the door sills. Brent earned the right to sport an AMRV sticker.

It is a YEAR Learners for the written/ computer. Thats about it. Then once you take the road test for the Motorcycle, it is good as long as your license is.

Unless there is something I forgot. Have an M myself.

Just says you can drive a bike if you have someone following you in case of an accident. At 19 it goes out the window and can get your license.

I will have m2 which is two wheeled. There's a separate thing you have to pass for a trike.

The certificate I got is a 30 day temp license for those over 19 but lasts as a valid course completion for up to a year.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Careful. I've hear that liquid wrench can seize up and make things worse if you heat it enough... I was advised not to spray my exhaust studs until Im ready to take them off, just for this reason.

Someone needs to drive up to Jersey and buy this shit:
