Anyone interested in a late 2011 Macbook Pro 13? It's fully updated and in really good condition. Just a few little nicks from normal use. 4 GB ram 500 GB hard drive.

I'd love one to round out my HK pistol line up however, I'm saving my daily pocket change for an AR

hey yall, so I'm still having trouble deciding which suspension set-up to go with. My main priority is having as minimal maintenance as possible and I've seen people having to rebuild their icons after only 3 years. Id like to not have to touch my shocks for at least around 100k but Id also still like to get a smooth ride and have some adjustability. So I'm currently leaning toward the boss 2.0 kit which still has not bushings and not the spherical ones that need to be replaced eventually. Im also leaning toward the LR UCA vs the TC UCA due to the ball joint not needing to be oiled occasionally.

Just wanted to get yalls 2 cents

Get the Icons and get the TC. 3 years is great IMO. And too many problems with the LR UCA bushings and the arms themselves for me to trust them ever again. TC is minimal MX other than rinsing the balls every once in a while.

This. LR isn't exactly "maintenance free." Mine lasted 4 years and that was pushing it. 2nd gen's tend to be worse.

How much are you looking to spend on an AR? I went to boot with a girl whos dad builds custom ARs... Terminal Performance is the name of his company... I had one lined up out the door all magpul and everything for 1k... Since it was going to be a gift to me my uncle decided he would choose and bought a stag instead.

I've decided I want a gas piston system over DI. I've considered LWRC, SIg and the HK MR556A1 but I think the $2700 price tag for that one was a bit steep. Through Sig's LEvprogram I can get a 516 for $1360. The exchange had a 516 for $1399 and a 716 for $1799

SkyFlow, I'm in the same boat as you in regards to wanting to do some kind of lift. Can you clarify your abbreviations for me. What is "LR" UCA (upper control arms, right?) and "TC" UCA? Just trying to get the lango down. :)

boss lift is the same as ome/bilstein. its a throwaway. minimal maintenance is icon/king and three years is a good length of time. if you're looking for something that will last longer than you may keep the truck then you're looking in the wrong place. any of these parts take regular maintenance, the higher quality stuff you buy, the less and less frequently you have to do it. buy an icon and total chaos setup and you're set.

Me? Not a lot of wheeling. Bushings are seized (albeit these are the old bushings, there are new bushings that should fix the issue). Ball joints are very loose and need to be replaced. Going to rebuild them soon.
