    Stock - for the moment
I happened to stop by Priority Collision repair to swap out rental cars, seems my 2013 Tacoma has a toasted frame from the accident last Saturday. So, if it gets totaled, I was wondering if any of you fine enthusiasts had a set of take off wheels and craptastic tires you would be willing to let go of on the cheap? This way I can keep my wheels and tires for the next Taco...

Been here for a few years I just don't get on T World as much as I would like. I work too damn much and wife and kids want the rest of my time. Hell, about the only alone time I get is when I'm driving to and from work or when I'm hiding in the bathroom from the world for a few minutes. I think every parent understands that. Hahaha

Same basic shit everybody else had 5 years ago.
Even when I lived in NOVA I stalked and occasionally posted here but now I spend all my time in the Burrito thread or the ridiculousness of the 3rd gen threads.

I have a couple of questions..

    1) The "complete OME kit" that has coils, springs, struts, and leafs; is it a good deal at $1100 from wheelersoffroad?

    2) If I go with ^ that ^ do I HAVE to get new UCA's, bump stops and wheel spacers? I would be running a 17x9 0 offset MK6 and Cooper ST Maxx 285/70R17

    3) Or should I run a 17x8 with -10 offset, or does it matter?

I am looking for good DD with light-medium offroading since I'm 2wd. Side note: this purchase will be the first big mod I do and it will be a few months before it's completed. Comments and concerns are welcome. I've been looking around at a lot of builds and maybe I overlooked the threads that have these answers, in that case can someone point me in the right direction..
    Thanks!

If you're looking for a truck, I'm parting with my '11 dcab with tons of mods. Going the land cruiser route and Phils just about got me convinced it needs a cummins....

On the OME kit, if that's with a full leaf pack, then that sounds reasonable. I paid about the same for my icons with an add a leaf. If it's a standard travel kit, your bumps are fine, but not the best. If it's extended travel, you NEED bumps.

UCA's, if you don't get them now, you will later.

Offsets are my nodding weak spot. Icon recommended a 16x8 with a 4.5" backspace and 285/75r16 tires for their setup. So, that's what I got

I was going to say 45's but I think 44's sound about right. Just ask your tire place for the biggest tires they have. Tractor tires? YUP!

OME isn't extended travel, they are designed to work within the limits of the stock control arm travel range.
