Heard that. Of all the shitty Mondays, the post 'spring ahead' Monday is probably the worst Monday of the year.

I think you might need a new pair of rock sliders!

Mannn, I just put a few hours of work into my yard. A lil weed and feed and some seed for bald patches. All washed away thanks to the rain we've been getting. Perrrrfect.

Anyone locally in DC/VA area have a DCLB that is lifted and maybe I could check out in person? I am considering a Fox Suspension package that is supposed to give me 3 inches of lift and was gonna put 285/70/17's on it. Now I am considering doing 285/75/17's and maybe getting an extra 1.5 inches of tire and cutting/trimming some. But I would probably stick with the 70 if it looked ok. Just hard to tell by the pics on this forum so want to see one lifted in person if anyone has it. Would not put anyone out of their way and would definitely drive out to wherever you are. Let me know. Thanks.

One thing to consider with Fox suspensions is they corrode terribly in the winter salt up here.

You're going to have to do a cab mount chop with 285/75/17s unless you go with a db lift. I have a 3" icon lift and because of the offset of my wheels I had to do trimming with 285/70/17s. Personally I have been more than happy with the 285/70/17s in terms of both performance and looks and I'm the type of person that was initially considering a 6" lift and 35s before deciding that performance was more important to me. image.jpg

Well, went down to the courthouse here in Portsmouth and applied for my VA conceal carry license. Was not a painful process at all! Should be here in 45 days or sooner. Had to get it since they stopped recognizing my WA CPL.

I would just buy sliders from Mobtown Offroad. In the past 6 months he bought a house, got married and had a kid so he needs more monies! Plus you are close enough to come get them and save losts in shipping.

You should buy some 4xInnovation sliders, or a shackle flip kit/longer shocks

Any of you guys have any recommendations for roofers? Thinking I'm going to need two small-ish repairs done.

If you want cheap and don't mind illegal Mexican's doing the work, check out LRD Roofing.

I liked the work they did with my roof so I would say yes. Ive been up there a few times to clean gutters and all the work was up to code. No skimping on the nails, a transferable limited lifetime warranty, etc... Ive got no complaints except they did leave a few nails in the driveway where the dumpster was :notsure:

I'll be headed up to the DC area Saturday from Hampton Roads. 2011 DCSB icons at 2.5" with 285/75R16's. Tires are a little worn (50k on em) but it should give you an idea.
