What about the spring... That's the concern I have. As well as getting it in and out... Thanks for your reply!

Are you using the stock coil and the 5100s or aftermarket coil and bilsteins?

Gotcha. Well you can do the change 2 ways. One you can take the existing shock and coil out and take it to a shop and have them swap it out real quick. The safer way but it cost a few dollar. Worth it in my opinion. Or the other way would be is to rent a coil spring compressor and do it yourself. More dangerous but you could get the money back after you return the tool. It's really up to you if you want to mess with the springs yourself.

Here you go dude. Careful with the hammer. Also. Use this for removal change your springs the way of your choice. Then reverse this to reinstall. Then get an alignment.

Yea man. Just be careful with it if you do the spring yourself. I'm sure some of the other guys will chime in soon.

Yep... I probably should have gotten spacers... Would be less of a headache from what the video shows... Thanks again

No way. You went the right way. 5100s are way better than spacers.

You only have to remove the UCA bolt that attaches to the spindle. I can have coils out in like 15 min each side at the most...

Too many fun scary moments with rented compressors! Either take em to a shop, or use the jack method, which is what I prefer. I can't do em as fast as @Slimwood Shady , but 25 - 30 each side for sure!
