ARB is probably the best quality made bumper on the market, regardless of what anyone says. However, it is probably the heaviest. It also protrudes further from the front of the vehicle than most other bumpers decreasing your approach angle. They are built very tough though. They are supposed to be able to hit a kangaroo at 60mph and do zero damage to the bumper. There are many posts on here where people have validated that with deer. I say if it is in good condition, you can get a deal on it, and you are not a massive rock crawler then you should get it.

Thanks for the review. I really appreciate that. Found one for 500. Yay or nay? I have 650# springs so I should be alright weight wise.

 

500 is a good deal. 650# springs should be fine until you put a winch in it.

Just extend the old ones to your new location.

 

Figured I'd use the wiring and use one of these. Since the existing ones are angled funny for the stock bumper.
