There is a relay for fuel pump, no idea how to check it though.

Get that AT multi meter out and start tracing wires. Idk that truck as good as I do the older ones.

If a relay is good you should be able to feel it clicking.

So the starter is turning but not engaging the motor or is the motor turning but not starting?

Did you do any drilling or running wires through firewall. Retrace everything you did. Sounds like you possibly cut a factory wire if your sure no fuses are blown.

We went through firewall, that could be the issue.

Ive done that before. Nicked some factory wires installing a cruise control. Was a pain in the ass to fix and I felt terrible for my customer and his brand new car.

If it is a nicked wire I can just imagine how big of a pain in the ass it is going to be, it is in an awful place with a bunch of wires. I may get to know your pain...

I used some butt/crimp connectors to fix it. I could not solder them back together because of how tight it was in the harness. Did you use a razor blade to cut the factory rubber grommet?

No it was cut by previous owner, I suspect I hit it with the fishing wire.

Did you use a actual metal wire(coathanger)? Lowes has some 2-3 foot long zip ties. I cut off the lock and use those to fish wire. You can tape 2 together if you need it longer and just tape the wire to the blunt end.

It was essentially a wire coat hangar. It was a short distance so I didn’t get my fishing tape out. My regret that.
