Doesn’t anyone in the area duck hunt? I’ve got some questions.

Anyone trying to do tacos or something soon? Seems like more people are being more active in here. We had one this past summer but not a big turn out, any suggestions on another place to go?

My cars on jack stands in the driveway so I’m resorting to the DD but I’m down for a meet up when it’s done or not

New lower control arms from Solo, lower ball joints, bump stops, and just finished uniballs up front. Axle seals out back. Plus making it legal for inspection

Well hell that's a one day job. Haha. Making things legal sucks. I had to remove my softop and cover my amber fogs to pass last month. If you need help just holler.

My biggest gripe with inspection is sway bars. Don’t run them, always fail because of that. And exhaust. Mines cut under the vehicle so have a little bolt on piece there too.

they got me for covering the third brake light with the softopper last year. I put on a ridgid chase light last weekend. I'm curious if they will find a proplem with that

I remember greenbrier mall used to have the only Mexican spot that tasted decent. I think it was mi abuela or something. We used to hit up el rodeo off of military by the mall. That might be shutdown now though.

Yea that’s a solid one too, used to always hit that every time I saw my buddy in great bridge. Speaking of great bridge there is a homemade burrito shop in great bridge next to a shell gas station or something. They have good fresh ingredients if you roll there.

They had no problem with my lack of a sway bar or my exhaust that is cut at the axle

My Bestop has a brake light but it is not DOT approved so it failed. I took it off and got it reinspected

    Where’d you get yours done?
You’re running no sway bars, not just one or the other? For some reason, Firestone near me if I put just a front on

I'm got my inspection done at Firestone near Towncenter but my normal guy was deployed and they had a new guy who must have just got his license to Inspect. Tacoma's only have the front sway bar, it took it off and all its linkage.

I think my inspector just wanted a record that he initially failed my truck. I have about 20 things he could have failed it for.....no Sway bar. Dot Unapproved fogs, headlights light bar sideshooter 4000lumen rear bumper lights, side lighting, and Frame rubbage. I was pretty happy that all I had to do was remove my topper. I'm going back to the same guy in February. Hopefully he still works there. I wonder what you have to do to get classified as a recovery vehicle. Tow trucks have lights all over them.
