Which hospital are you delivering at? If it's the Naval hospital, I'll try and drop some flowers off come the right time.

you do realize that by taking this pic you are showing that you broke the law right. you are suppose to stay at least 50 feet away from the horses at all times. i only say this because you can avoid it on the beach. not so much when your in the hood behind the dunes though. /rant off

    i was down there sunday

Dang sorry yall! I did read that on the way out :(. I was just taking a pic with the dunes in the back ground and they came down and walked past my truck....wasn't closer than 50 for more than a min, didn't drive to them, and keep my sandwich to myself.
I've been fishing HI from a kid and follow beach access now that it's gottin crucial. Respect~

and wasn't trying to be the "outta town~er effing beach access up". I didn't know that law but common sense didn't have me driving that close...I was already out of the truck when they came down from the dunes and moved to other side of the truck. :sorry:

Are they wild horses? If they are seems like they are not very scared of humans, so you really cant help if they came that close to you.

not sure what day you went down there, but sunday the horses were already out at the waterline we we got there around 1030 or so. If you telling the truth thats kool BUT you just should have googled info before going out there

it doesnt matter if they are scared of people. THE LAW states that at NO time shall you be within 50 Feet of them UNLESS there is no way to afford it.

If you hate "out of towners" then why are you in a Virginia thread? Last time i checked this was "calling all Virginians", not "calling all North Caro folks". Make your own thread and bitch there.

:deadhorse: Just playing... Respect to beach access!! I know it's a touchy subject sense it became federal land and Dumb S#@T's causing more limitations so I understand the rants. I'm 32 years old, been going to OBX all growing up, fish like there's no tomorrow, and not one to make the access any smaller by any disrespect. (see my defence below :crapstorm:)

Oh and large up to Billy Burg Taco's pushing down 199 ;)
