    Not necessarily b/c .223 barrels are more accurate that 556 bc of the lead that the 556 barrels have for the higher pressure rounds... Might just buy a box of each and check, then go for the case

    but the 556 doesnt get bothered by the xtra leade. its made for it. so a 556 round in a 556 barrel. will be more accurate than a 223 round in a 556 barrel

    Because the majority of them do 3 gun stuff or just rapid fire type comps. What you are talking about seems like match shooting. You probably will not notice a difference b/w the 2 rounds unless you zero your sites (optic/BUIS) with one, then shoot the other...
