Calling out to an Autohome Columbus owner

2004 Tacoma 2wd

I have a pack rack - welding dilemma. I will be receiving an Autohome Columbus rtt quite soon, and I must get this rack put together properly.

If you have a Columbus rtt (size small), what is the distance between the two mounting tracks that run front to back?

I do not want to have the connecting rails welded directly under the mounting tracks as this will be an issue.
