The D in TRD is square on both left corners, but it's hard to determine styling from 3 letters since the TRD and PRO are different

 

Yes, i think bottom left corner. Does look kinda weird on the bottom right.

 

I haven't ventured into dual color printing yet but, it is a possibilty. I was thinking of leaving them plain to allow for people to finish them as they wished/matched their truck. I know that @rrentrop had asked about doing vinyls for covering the letters/colormatching; another option there for the less detail orientated people.

I was actually going to see if this was something I could tackle myself, by using a stock badge and modifying the "P" to a "B".

 

Those look awesome. The “B” matches much better. Just the “T” on the SPORT looks a little small. But good job!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe OP was planning on selling these unfinished, so that individuals could paint them whatever colors they'd like.

 

This is at least my plan because if I sold them finished someone somewhere wouldn't like it and have to do it to their liking. So it will allow for people to get it exactly how they want and to match their truck. I had mentioned it before that one of the dedicated Taco vinyl providers on TW offered to cut letters if people would prefer using that for coloring purposes.

Lol @mesojdm isn't the only person that will sell stuff on this site plus he's probably busy enough trying to produce better options for every light for every 3g Taco on TW.

Trials of printing will start tonight to try and get that dialed in before cranking out orders.
