I bought Caltrend covers for my 2015. Price was right and all were working well until I noticed passenger side rip.

FB messaged them with attached photo. 2 days later responded and said call with their phone number.
Called, explained the issue and they sent me driver's side via "slow" UPS in 2 weeks.
Called back and explained again, sent them attached photo via email. Passenger side arrived today (2 weeks).

They're slow and not very organized but did honor 5 year warranty.
