Cam and crank moved while timing belt was off

    As the title states the passenger cam and crank moved while the timing belt was off the truck because I was an idiot. I then rotated them clockwise to realign them. Afterwards I thought "shit this probably could mess something up". So my question is, did I screw anything up with the motor?
