2/3 Leveling kit, 18x9 wheels, 275/65r18 Toyo AT3s, cheap Amazon tail lights.

Has anyone has this happen to their Cam Gear? Pulled the valve cover after I got some really bad ticking on the top end. Currently trying to chase down what could have caused this. 2019 2.7. Sadly, it only has 97k.
