Swapped out the throttle position sensor and now I have a code for cam position sensor and engine is running rough. Changed out cam position sensor still running rough and throwing a code. Have traced back wires to harness and no visible damage. Anyone have this issue or ideas i can try

Why did you change TPS sensor to start with?

    Code is P0340
Changed the TPS sensor because is has been shifting hard. And higher than normal idle. It fixed that issue. Shifts better and idle is better. Now I have the P0340 code and says bad camshaft sensor and now runs rough.

Your cam sensor is in your distributor correct? Check the bushing in dist for wear. See if shaft has any side to side play.

No the cam position sensor is in the front with the timing belt. Its electronic ignition system.
