Yea, Alex let me tear apart my front end in his shop. I had to do all the work, for Tyler to weld the new ones on. I clamped the new tabs in place and when I was happy, Tyler welded them in. I have taken my front end apart so many times that it usually takes me 2 hrs or so. It took about 12hrs, but that included much BS, lunch, and breaks for helping move tools/ vehicles in the shop.

Yeah, the 10 hours my truck was in the TNA shop consisted of maybe 60% actual working time, 30% drooling over Jenny's monster of a 3rd gen and other projects, and 10% general tomfoolery.

i have that kit, good stuff-- i still grease the crap out of them. They will start to rust if you drive through water, i also mark my cams in case they get thrown off on the trails. Moogs are another option but ive seen a few fail here locally

I like the idea of the poly kit. Seems like the seizing wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Is TNA a local shop? I need to replace my cam tabs, lcas, and hardware, but didn't have a lead on anyone that I could trust to weld the TC gussets in.

They are in Ogden, but worth the drive if you are in the upper half of Utah.
