    Hey Guys,
Toyota recently replaced my frame, and at the same time they installed some 5100s up in the front, set to 2.5" based on recommendations here. Love them! Man it rides so much better now than the 16 year old shocks that were there :D

Anyways, when doing the alignment they said they could not get the camber in spec and that I would need some upper control arms. I was originally under the impression that with the 2.5 I would have been ok with the stock OCA, but apparently I was wrong?

Just seeing what you guys would recommend.

    Any ideas?

Use the stock arms and install energy suspension control arm bushings. I just did energy suspension for he upper/lower control arms and the steering rack. I have been very happy with them. And the bushings cost like 37$ for top and bottom.

I also installed bilstein 5100's on the highest setting and my alignment was perfect. Could be bad bushings

Sorry, I fixed it. Some times my phone doesn't copy the URL and it pastes the last thing I copied.

That's so weird. My truck definitely has visible positive camber on the wheels :/ I'm really shocked as I thought they'd be able to get it in spec, at least not far enough out that it's noticeable. My friend noticed it just walking up the driveway the other day :/

This looks like a great option. I dont know though, the camber issue is visibly noticeable, I can't imagine bushing bringing them back in to spec that much? But, maybe. I wish that Toyota gave me more info on it when they did the frame replacement.

I think I'll go with your options first. Were your old bushings hard to remove?

I used an oxy/acetylene torch and pushed them out by hand. Took about a minute with the torch to heat the mm enough to push it out.

Thanks, Im going to give this a go I think as it's the most cost efficient way first. If it doesn't help, I'll have to look into getting some different control arms. It seems anytime I touch my truck I run into some issues that others didn't, lol.

I can't for the life of my figure out why the camber is out so much. :D

The worst part was just getting the dang control arms off. You have to remove a few things in the engine bay in order to get the bolts out.

Do you have any pictures of your alignment/UCA's?
