so i got my truck aligned not too long ago and the guy at the shop said that he got it as close as possible...but when i left the shop my truck wanders a bit down the road and the camber is still off. my question is will getting an aftermarket uca fix at least the camber issue??

that depends on which way your camber is off by. Could make it worse by pushing the top of the wheel out.

if you have 3'' of lift up front (like your profile says), aftermarket UCA should help
