Camburg 4" lift spindles and shocks install is finally DONE!!!

    disconnect abs sensor and brake lines from the existing mounting points. also disconnect the steering from the spindle.

    unbolt disk from the rotor assembly and hang somewhere. unbolt the upper and lower control arms.

    stock spindle with hub assembly

    remove hub assemble from the stock spindle

    install hub assembly on new spindle

    install new springs at any time now

    now put on the spindle. 2 bolts lower for the lca and 1 bolt for the uca

    install new brake lines, abs sensor, and disk brake. might have to grind down the disk brake a little because the welds on the new spindle are a little beafy and get in the way of a proper mount

    a huge thank you to taylor (masada) and his dad for allowing me to use their garage and tools. taylors dad was a tremendous help especially when it came to those damn brake lines, so thank you!

    i will post after pics later, been to busy enjoy it! the ride is 1000x time better than my ome 884 setup, my setup actually doesnt clank when going over a speed bump and i dont feel every single bump in the road.

    got a quick question: i dont have my dust cover on anymore, is that a problem when i go wheeling?

    all in all a well spend $1500-

    HELL yea looks amazing... those spindles are bad ass... i love mine... im still debating if im going long travel or not lol.... and i agree on the better ride it helps not having those UCA super flexed lol... Nice Job boss...

    ya the spindles i got for 950ish, got the collars and springs used for 125 bucks then the 5100's all around for 250! thats actually less than 1500 :D

    ^ its the driver. some 2wd locked do damn well!

    and its not just another inch cause with my adjustable coilovers, i can go at least another 3" so that makes for 7" up front! :)

    You could add FEET of lift and I'll still be in better shape in most cases-cause I know how to drive and I have the front drive train...=)

    so you are an exception! but at least admit that with a locker, 2wd can (depending on driver) do almost all that a 4wd can
