Take pictures and post it here to show people. How much caster are you running?

I have Icon tubular UCAs and combined with MAXED out CMC and pinch weld flattening have minimal rubbing at the pinch seam running Toyo 35x12.5x17s on Ray 10s (@Radarninja Vin's old wheelset). The truck has 3.5 degrees caster, which is the max setting on the UCAs. I'm really surprised you are getting rubbing on your set given you should be able to dial in 5+ degrees of caster with that setup.

TOTAL CHAOS 3.5 LT RACE 18'S TE37 PROGRESSIVE
I’m running the total chaos 3.5 race with heims kit, 35x12.5 Falken MT01 and McNeil 6 inch fenders with no rubbing at all. I do have a cmc done but it has plenty of clearance.

Funny you say that, I got a buddy that loves his kit on his runner, but damn if burg couldn’t make it any harder. To some these kits are obvious when installing and for torq specs...but they resorted to tc’s installation specs since burg has no publication on anything. He is so jaded he plans to go lsk next year and sell the burg kit.

Pat at tc is a good reason why I stayed with tc.

When I installed my Cam tab gusetts I reached out to chaos on if they had any alignment procedures. Pat sent me this:

    Recommended Alignment Procedure

There is increased caster angle built into all TOTAL CHAOS suspension systems. When setting alignment, if you try to set caster to factory spec, you will most likely not be able to get the camber and toe in spec. First set the camber between -1 degree and +1degree, then set the toe. Anywhere from 3.5 to 6.0 degrees of caster is acceptable and will vary from vehicle to vehicle depending upon:

    • Vehicle model
    • Suspension kit purchased
    • Prior vehicle modifications
    • Desired coilover spring pre-load and or ride height

Total Chaos’ suspension products are designed to align with aftermarket shocks that are set to the recommended amount of lift. Some vehicles may not correctly align if the ride height is altered from the recommended settings. If you have followed all of the instructions and the vehicle still won’t align correctly, it’s likely that there is something installed wrong, or the frame mounting points and/or knuckles may be bent or damaged.

Depending on how the truck was aligned, you will rub. I have 255/85/16's (tall 33's) and this is the first time that It doesn't rub on my body mount. I actually don't have the CMC done yet. I did cut off my pinch weld.

Does Camburg have a document like this?
