I've used that brand for 20+ years with 3 different travel trailers. As long as you set them up well, they do a fine job. I recently purchased one with the 600 lb. drop bars to use with my '06 Prerunner 4.0 and 18' trailer. I've only used it once, but it did well. I need to tweek the adjustment a little, as the setup is not exactly where I would like as yet.

If you feel you need external sway control, that is available and about $50, or so, extra. If the hitch is setup correctly and the tongue weight of 10-13%, then you, like me, probably won't feel the need for the sway control. I've used this brand hitch before with sway, and to me there wasn't much difference. Others disagree.

I purchased my hitch from Amazon, as they had the best price I could find (Camco 48051). It was about $220, and the nice thing is that there was no shipping. I did have to pay tax, as I live in Washington State--Amazon's home state.
