Call them on the phone, ask for the parts dept. George or gunny.
    Also check mcgeorge Toyota.
They have been cheaper than camel on a few things.

I’ve ordered a fair amount from McGeorge. So far, alright. Pricing has been pretty good compared to other online dealers. I think shipping can be a few dollars more than I prefer, esp. given my relative proximity to VA, but you can’t have it all. I’ve read Camelback was the place to go, but so far McGeorge has beat them every time. YMMV.

I gave up on camelback toyota in May 2020 due to conflicting information from the parts department and the complete lack of responses to my emails and phone calls.

I always do final cost analysis on all parts (cost + shipping). McGeorge is currently the cheapest online parts outlet. Olathe and Camelback are usually always the same cost and just a bit more expensive.

I've picked up a few parts from Camelback over the last couple months and they only have one parts person working the counter each time I've been there. I remember George from a few years ago. Awesome guy, but haven't seen him there for a while.

@taco03Trd Gunny no longer works at Camelback Toyota. I called today and talked to Gunny's replacement, his name is Deven. He was nice to talk to and knowledgeable. He said he was kicked off the forum when he signed up for some reason. I would call them for part info.

Most, if not all Toyota dealerships run their own parts website and I've found they are willing to price match other Toyota shops, at least locally, if I show them the price from the competitor's website and they're much nicer than dealing with Camelback. I always have to wait in line at Camelback.
