I ordered a color matched grill on Nov 22 and I still have not recieved my grill yet, it is not your fault I will never be ordering from fedex ever again. I been tracking my shipment online it would say package in transit and I would look 10 min later and it would say delivery execption customer not available or buisness closed they left no door tag or nothing this has already happen 4 times, I called to find out what their deal was and their response was driver ran out of door tags. That is not a valid reason as to why no one has arrived at my door step. Im just going to pick it up at the fedex location it is been held out I hate Fedex.
