camera source backup, camera seat covers,intermittent wiper arm

have 15 tacoma base, got a backup camera from camera source- I have the four wires to tailgate and also four wires into the radio(has bluetooth radio screen) it didnt work- called them they are sending a new camera but could I be missing something?

2014+ Toyota Tacoma Backup Camera for Factory Display Radios - Camera Module Only . radio has display, bluetooth(audio and phone) hands free text cd (dont know if its etune or not ) it is factory . has the 4 wires at the tailgate and the wired plug for camera it the head unit
