Don't know about a Camp Lite, but I pull a 6x10ft full enclosed trailer, with two motorcycles and gear no problem with my '12 V6 no problem. Gas mileage is pretty crappy, like 10-13mpg, but barely feel it in the drive of the truck.

First off hello to all, I am new to posting to these threads so hopefully I get this right. Been doing a lot of reading as I am a new taco owner but saw this thread and just got a smaller camper myself. It's a jay flite swift SLX, 16ft and weighs in at just under 3000 lbs loaded. Towing with my new 13 taco 4x4trd sport with towing package. It pulls very nice and most times you don't know it's back there. I will attempt to post a pic so here goes.

We love our Camplite. I own a 13QBB, my Tacoma pulls it fine. I wouldn't tow anything larger.

    Randy,

What mileage are you getting towing the SLX?

i pull a 7x13 enclosed trailer filled with 2 mowers and extra equipment for cutting yards. i get 15mpg if i keep the speed around 60 on the highway. my guess is it weighs 3300#s ish gear and all. i can pull faster with ease but i choose to get a few more mpg's over doing 65-75mph

    I pull a 21ft TT and no problems. It's around 4000 lbs.
