Hey everyone, I bought a Leer camper shell. It has a Tag fuze chassis that connects to the inside dome light and the camper shells brake light. There are two positives coming out of it and one shared ground for both light sets. I ran the inside dome light all the way to the battery and put a fuze on it and that's working great.

My issue is with the brake light. I tapped into the brake light and it was all working (meaning the shells brake light and my regular brake light both went on when pushing the brakes) but now the shells brake light is working and my actual brake light is only working every once in a while for some reason.

Any ideas? I'm thinking its a bad ground but am not sure if it's possible that the shells brake light could be pulling too much power from the actual brake light and that's causing this?

Fixed, ending up being combination of bad ground and light bulb burning out which probably had something to do with the bad ground.
