Camper Shell Question

Will a LEER camper shell on a 2006 Tacoma TRD Quad Cab, short bed fit on a 2002 Tacoma TRD Quad Cab short bed?

I would call down to my local truck outfitters and ask. They are both 2nd Gen Tacos if not mistaken so if the beds were both the same length then your set

 

The 2006 is a 2nd Gen, the 2002 is a 1st Gen. They might be 'made' to fit but the beds are different. You'd have to get measurements from both to see if it's even feasible. If I'm not mistaken, most of the 2nd Gen Tacoma shells use the bed rail for attachment.

 

They have both 5ft beds but I don't think they will fit with out modifying something. 1st gens (2002) are a lot thinner then 2nd gens (2006)
