    Never heard of one.

    Would probably be cheaper to buy one off Craig's List/ OfferUp and then sell it when you are done.

    Not much demand and with install & removal costs I doubt it would be profitable.

    I bought one off facebook marketplace for $75 last year, its not the prettiest but i can take it on and off and not worry about it getting all scratched up offroad.
