I've got an order in with a local dealer - snug top rebel, sportsman package (reinforced shell) and rack add on. Plan on adding a tepui tent on it. Should be here in 3 or so weeks.

Ok, just found out more like 4-5 weeks. No biggie. But dealer for Snugtop thought the molds for the Rebels were already done.

Horrible picture, I know, but I did not take it. RSG off road products did this build. This is the ARE topper according to the Facebook post. Not sure why they did not post more pics from the side.

    LOL

So we all know it's the same size bed (in length) as the 2015 trucks but with a taller bedside. If you guys actually look at the cap fitment for this one it's definitely an inch taller than the cab (this is masked by the roof racks).... this is definitely a 2015 cap thrown on a 2016. There's no way that "should" be that tall

What's interesting is this looks like a V series which is one of two shells ARE site states has availability for the '16 Tacomas. Kinda like to know if it's their '16 Tacoma redesign or a '15 shell as was about to order one, but not if it sits higher than the cab. Tried calling RSG to confirm, but no answer. Thank you Tacoma world/ snowman/tacojohn for posting/ noticing this! :)
